Eidur Gudjohnsen is said to be interested in a move to West Ham United.
The former Chelsea star is said to be considering his future at Barcelona after failing to hold down a regular first-team place at the Nou Camp.
“I have heard about the interest from West Ham, but there have been no talks as yet,” Gudjohnsen Snr told skysports.com.

Sam Allardyce has admitted that Kieron Dyer could leave Newcastle United because of “family problems”.
Allardyce will only let the England international leave the club if the right offer is made. Dyer has been linked with moves to Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham United and Manchester City in the last couple of weeks.

West Ham United are set to step up their interest in Newcastle United’s Kieron Dyer, according to The Times.
Hammers boss Alan Curbishley is keen to recruit Dyer after new signing Julien Faubert damaged his Achilles tendon, ruling him out for around six months.

West Ham United have completed the signing of Freddie Ljungberg from Arsenal for a fee which could rise to £3million.
Ljungberg was Arsenal’s longest serving player after joining the club in 1998 for £3million from Halmstads, but has decided to follow Thierry Henry in leaving the Gunners.

West Ham United are thought to be ready to make an offer for Derby County’s Giles Barnes.
The highly-rated midfielder has been linked with a number of clubs including Tottenham Hotspur since breaking into the Rams first team and helped the club back into the Premiership last season.
Hammers boss Alan Curbishley is looking to bring in another midfielder following the departure of Yossi Benayoun to Liverpool and Julien Faubert’s injury, which is likely to keep him out for around six months.

West Ham United have promised to accept FIFA’s decision on the Carlos Tevez saga.
The Argentine striker was on the verge of a move to Premiership champions Manchester United and FIFA’s dispute resolution chamber or players’ status committee will be called to make a decision on whether Tevez has a right to be released from his contract at Upton Park.

West Ham United are considering a move to Newcastle United midfielder Kieron Dyer.
The England international has suffered major injury problems during his eight years at Newcastle, which has limited him to just 190 Premiership appearances.
The Newcastle Evening Chronicle are reporting that Hammers boss Alan Curbishley is keen on the former Dyer, who would link up with his former Newcastle team-mate Craig Bellamy at Upton Park.
