West Ham to step up Dyer interest
West Ham United are set to step up their interest in Newcastle United’s Kieron Dyer, according to The Times.
Hammers boss Alan Curbishley is keen to recruit Dyer after new signing Julien Faubert damaged his Achilles tendon, ruling him out for around six months.
The England international is reported to be ready for a fresh challenge after spending the last eight years at St James Park, and is also wanted by Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City.
Sam Allardyce is willing to allow Dyer to leave, as long as his summer spending can continue.
